McGehee Middle School Talent Show

The McGehee Middle School Talent Show is February 1, 2013. The Mcgehee Middle School Talent Show was made for the McGehee School girls to show of their amazing talents.  Matilda Knight, Sela Kline, and Molly Stockmeyer all signed up for the talent show because they thought it would be fun. Matilda also signed up to show people her Talent. Her act was playing the guitar and singing, “Marry the night” by Lady Gaga. Sela’s act was dancing to “Phantom Of The Opera” and Molly was playing a mash up of the James Bond them song and “Ragtime”.

Matilda chose to go solo because she works better alone. She has not had a lot of experience in talent shows this is her first one! Matilda is planning to be in the Talent Show next year.

Sela chose to work alone because she likes the spot light on her. Sela was not nervous because she had been practicing this dance routine since the begging of the year. She also has experience because she has been in talent shows before.

Molly also chose to go solo because if she did it with some one else they might mess up and that would bring her chance of winning very low. She is also a little nervous that she might mess up. Molly has not been in talent shows but she has been in recitals.

Everyone was a little nervous because everyone was working really hard. All of them tried their best but there was only one first place. Matilda Knight won fist place.

After the Talent Show when they were asked again they said all of them “ I have no regrets.”

All the people in the talent show worked hard and had a lot of courage going on the stage and showing their talent.
